our main objects are:
The consolidation of the Druze Faith among the Druze community throughout New South Wales and elsewhere.
Promotion of goodwill among members and non-members of the Druze community.

The Australian Youth Druze Committee (AYDC)
We have been creating in-roads Within the Australian Druze Community (ADC).
Where before the Australian Druze Committee managed and coordinated all the
social events, this created a heavy work load, not only on the committee members
commitment to the Druze community but a heavy toll on their personal and family
life. Thus the Women's Druze Committee sparked a community revolution to unite
the Druze families to meet at picnics, BBQ's and the creation of the Arabic
School. This in turn created a desire within the youth to meet, play and
socialise. This desire of the youth transformed in wanting to help and create
a committee. The Australian Druze Committee, started to take volunteers to join-in
the creation of the Youth Committee. And now we have an Australian Druze Youth Committee
(ADYC) with great results in the previous events and many more to come. We (the ADYC)
hope to see you not only at our social events but also at our Youth Committee
meetings held once a month (first Monday of each month - 6:30pm).

As one of the youth committee’s primary objectives, the Australian Druze Community website
is to be the first point of reference of the constituents to their organisation. The website
will ultimately be governed by a website committee with contributors from across Australia.
In the interim, the website is managed and updated by N. Ghebar (webmaster) and S. Mahmoud
(content manager). If you would like to contribute, please email us at webmaster@druze.org.au
